At Lonza Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
